Our servers are located in the United States. If you live outside the US, your information may be transferred, stored, and processed here.

We keep your account data for as long as you are a customer and for up to 7 years thereafter (tax & accounting rules). Analytics data is deleted or anonymized after 26 months.
7. Your Rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Upon payment, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the course materials for personal use. Sharing your login or redistributing content is prohibited.
3. Payments & Refunds
• Prices are listed in USD.
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe.
• All sales are final.
4. Intellectual Property
All videos, text, graphics, and downloads are the intellectual property of Building Blueprint or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Engaging in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
Attempting to disrupt or compromise Site security
Reverse-engineering or scraping content
Posting defamatory or obscene material in community areas
6. Disclaimers
The course is educational; we do not provide legal or financial advice. Results vary based on individual effort and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Building Blueprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Putnam County, NY.
